It all started in 1998 with a restaurant in the heart of Ipanema, that offered refined brazilian cuisine. In a very short period of time, it was widely acclaimed by the press and critics.

"After the success of the restaurant, there was a great demand from our customers to open new branches in other states, but we did not want to lose quality or focus." – says Cristiana Beltrão, Chief Brand Officer of the group. And so began the Bazzar factory: from the need to take the experience of the restaurants to the homes of our customers.

Bazzar is presently exporting to the US, England, Japan and France in addition to our presence in more than 800 points of sale throughout Brazil.

Fine Arts of Bazzar.

This project aims to unite Art and food by exploring the intersections between different cultural representations of each. In an unprecedented initiative in restaurants, our Bazzar home fosters continuous exposure for native artists, one in each season. After all, we do not want only food.
